POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for driving revenue growth across each of the business units. The CRO has ultimate accountability in aligning all revenue-accelerating teams in the pursuit of both inorganic and organic growth. In partnership with executive leaders, the CRO will execute on the company’s strategic plan with specific focus on creating and delivering the plan to improve revenue streams through expansion of customer relationships and business partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments and business units.
· Collaborate with key internal executives and operational leadership to align the sales function with each of the company’s revenue-generating departments.
· Develop and execute the sales growth plan through a structured sales delivery methodology, to include a data driven approach to developing a sales pipeline that expands existing business and delivers new client
relationships.
· Develop strong pipeline and networks towards sourcing for new clients to achieve annual sales growth objectives
· Prospect current clients under individual account ownership for opportunities to secure additional new business, growth or promote cross selling across organizational service offerings.
· Present regular updates on progress towards sales targets and goals to various members of management throughout the business
· Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals
· Coach, mentor, and develop the global sales team.
· Motivate and inspire sales professionals
· Optimize sales compensation plans to drive intended behaviors / results
· Organize sales team efforts. Prioritization on high-value / high-probability targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in sales or business related fields of study, including at least 5-10 years in client relationship management, professional services, business development and ARM/CX BPO/Loan Servicing/ Healthcare sales
· Strong leadership capability and individual drive / motivation
· Strong relationship management skills
· Ability to grow and maintain relationship with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality
