Job Overview
As our Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in integrating operations, sales, and finance, ensuring cohesive collaboration across departments while supporting the restaurant owners we serve. Your leadership will be instrumental in propelling forward our mission and creating enduring trust within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the board, providing analytical insights to guide strategic initiatives.
- Oversee P&L management, resource allocation, and the organization's financial health, focusing on cash flow and capital expenditures.
- Direct the financial strategy to promote company growth and stability, aligning operational functions with financial objectives.
- Manage financial forecasting and reporting, facilitating informed decision-making for sustainable expansion.
- Implement the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring responsible fiduciary and risk management oversight.
- Act as a resource for the leadership team, addressing challenges and formulating strategic solutions.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, empowering employees to make informed decisions and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Advocate for sales opportunities while ensuring operational feasibility and flexibility.
- Identify and implement technological solutions to modernize and enhance operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and governmental regulations while managing necessary documentation.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: \(145,000 - \)165,000 + bonus.
