Base: $112,500-115,000+

Reporting to: Sales Director
Reports: 1 SDR internal – 2 SDR’s External
Mandate
Reporting, Analytics.
Attribution, ROAS, CAC,
Evaluating sales tech stack and process,
Challenging or confirming current priorities
Fixing or addressing known issues or problems
Plan the strategic initiatives needed in the next 6-12 months to meet objectives
Objectives and Key Results
Take Revenue Operations Manager duties away from Sales Director
Performance of SDR (internal/external)
Increase SQL (3 out of 4 BANT + booked meeting)
Increase productivity – do more with less
Understand key contribution from each channels (Attiribution/ROAS/CAC/Events/Web/SDR, etc.)
Bring inhouse all SDR’s
Optimize Workflows – from 0 to Hero. (assess current/share strategies/execute)
Logistics:
Location: Montreal
Office: Remote, Hybrid, Onsite – you chose – (Sales Director is onsite)
Travel: Almost none – unless you visit the office and you are out of town
Systems: Hubspot + Apollo.io + others
Objectives: Double Sales within 1 year.

Experience:
1. Team lead/Player Coach minimum (Manager experience nice to have)
2. Combines Strategic vision with rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
3. Hubspot expert – Sales Director expect you to teach him something new.
4. Understanding of Sales process / Pipeline / Funnel conversions
5. Beach heads: 10 to 15K ARR – Real Deals: 100K+ ARR - Scale experience.
6. SaaS experience.
7. B2B experience.
8. SaaS software leadership
9. ROI, ROAS, CAC, Attribution, Reporting, Analytics Stories MUST HAVE
10. Strategic impact stories MUST HAVE
