As the Commercial Sales Operations Manager, you will lead the front-end quoting team, driving sales efforts to strengthen our market position. You’ll collaborate with sales, pre-sales, account management, and senior leadership to ensure deals are completed and sales targets are met.

As a Commercial Sales Operations Manager you will……
- Manage and deliver pricing and quotations to customers utilising the resource of a dedicated quoting team.
- Monitor and delegate taking customer orders and ensuring quotes are available in a timely manner, striving to build a right first time culture and working practices within the team.
- Building, maintain and develop relationships with customers both existing and new.
- Advise customers of additional products and services which may fit their business needs.
- Identify opportunities for deals and volume opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the team to complete daily quotes and tenders including processing of PO’s, including the on-going review of team productivity.
- Work to ensure tasks and activities are complete, efficiently, and effectively for internal and external stakeholders, including pipeline management for the quoting queue, ensuring priorities and escalations are managed and dealt with in a timely manner, through the implementation of team SLAs and operational processes to ensure high levels of customer and stakeholder service levels are maintained.
- Ensuring that there is a positive customer experience that is cost effective and maximises productivity time.

- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, managing internal quoting, pricing processes, and teams.
- Experience with cisco quoting would be advantageous
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and targets.
- Effective planning skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
