Your Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll join the core team that serves as the backbone for critical revenue-generating units within our Growth department. Your responsibilities will cover the entire sales funnel, from Marketing through Sales to Customer Success for our three differentiated customer segments. Your primary goal is to maximize department efficiency and supercharge our team members to increase subscription sales per employee. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Bring efficiency to all our growth units by delivering better automations and tooling.
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance the productivity of our customer-facing units.
- System Administration: optimize and automate our CRMs and other systems while exploring new tools.
- Oversee the technology stack outside of CRM, including tools such as data enrichment and calling tools.
- Design optimized sales processes, and partner with technical teams to implement driving adoption and accountability.
- Be a critical partner for key projects and transformations of our existing business units.
Your Profile
- You have 2+ years of experience in driving process improvements and revenue-generating strategies in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth Saas-like business model.
- You graduated top of your class with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, engineering or similar.
- You have proficiency working with CRMs such as HubSpot in an admin and developer role.
- You have expertise in working with automation systems, such as Make (formerly Integromat) or Zapier and integrating systems directly or via APIs.
- You are proficient in financial and revenue modelling, sales approaches, metrics, and reporting.
- You are passionate about tech and business and have an insatiable curiosity.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
