With the real estate industry undergoing significant change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We seek, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, a Salesforce Administrator and Revenue Operations Analyst. The Revenue Operations team connects and optimizes the customer revenue journey to enable MoxiWorks to achieve crucial SaaS GTM business objectives. As a Salesforce Administrator and Revenue Operations Analyst, you will manage and optimize our Salesforce environment while providing analytical and process support to enhance revenue operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform meets business needs and contributes to MoxiWork’s overall growth strategy. This is a hybrid role based in our upcoming Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions in Salesforce.
- Customize Salesforce applications, objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user experience.
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular data quality audits.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users.
Revenue Operations Analysis and Process Management
- Analyze sales data and processes to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations and improve revenue generation strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Assist in creating sales enablement tools and resources to support the sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between the revenue team and technology providers to communicate requirements and resolve issues.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance revenue operations.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role required.
- Familiarity with Pardot, Gong, and ChurnZero are desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue operations or sales analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams.
- An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results driven.
- Ability and willingness to be in the office 3 days/week.
The range for this role is C$90-110k depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include:
