Testhouse is seeking a dynamic Sales and Revenue Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA from a Tier 1 institution (IIM/IIT). This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and contribute to driving strategic growth across various departments including Sales, Account Management, Lead Generation, and Marketing. As part of our team, you'll initially support the CRO in optimizing revenue operations, with a path to transition into a sales Manager position overseeing the Australia or US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRO to align revenue strategies across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Lead Generation, and Marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to enhance revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by analysing data, reporting on key metrics, and providing insights for decision-making.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for market expansion, focusing on Australia or the US market.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to drive strategic sales efforts.
- Gradually take on the responsibility of managing sales teams, client relationships, and closing deals in international markets.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience in international markets, particularly the US or Australia, is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a sales management role.
