The role
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, this role is to work as part of the Revenue Operations team to provide effective and efficient high-class financial services to the Lloyd’s Market meeting current and future business requirements. As well as providing a timely and accurate revenue collection service to the Corporation.
Principal Accountabilities
Day to day responsibility for recovery of Corporation revenue (£59m) plus (£11bn) of Lloyd’s Market charges as well as facilitating corporate real estate, technology revenue, taxation payments, Part VII transfers, overseas regulated trust funds, and income on behalf of third parties.
Liaise directly with the Lloyd’s Market regarding receipt and payment of invoices as well as acting as the first point of contact for queries on revenue.
Day to day responsibility for direct liaison with stakeholders regarding processing, recovery and challenge of Corporation revenue, including analysis of billing data for accuracy.
Knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market Apportionment, Reporting and Collection System (ARCS) for recovery of charges from the Lloyd’s Market. Development of changes to the system as necessary, as directed by Manager.
Technical knowledge of the Workday general ledger in relation to Corporation revenue. Support and guide internal teams with revenue queries and accounting.
Analyse problems, identifying and implementing new solutions in Workday for non-standard business requirements.
Liaise directly with Trust Fund trustees, overseas reporting team and contacts in the wider Lloyd’s Market in relation to regulatory adjustments including submission of regulatory reports.
Constant review of processes for improved controls, checks and efficiencies.
Ability to provide support across other Finance Operations teams as required.
