Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to be part of our
Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department.

The team:
The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way. The team consists of roles that contribute to a whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts.
The role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will drive success by owning one of our strategic revenue pods (postsales). This role will operate at the unification of people, process, technology, and data, ensuring that our revenue operations function is optimized and aligned with our company's growth objectives.
The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of RevOps Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Marketing Automation Specialists, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and growth targets.
- Own their pod (postsales) by being an accountable leader and partner to revenue teams and by defining processes that ensure seamless collaboration across the company.
- Be a subject matter expert on best practices related to customer journey, revenue tooling, and go-to-market strategy.
- Be an innovator for AI in GTM and directly push the limits on how the evolving AI space can drive success for Jobber.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of key CRM and revenue tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to support scalable revenue operations and efficient data flow across the organization.
- Foster a data-driven culture by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to track team success, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on revenue objectives, create tactical plans, and support ongoing transformation efforts to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Align Engineering resources to ensure that their pods initiatives are staffed and prioritized properly.
Expected Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue operations or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with demonstrated experience implementing and managing CRM systems and revenue technology tools.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, build high-performing departments, and drive accountability across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, implement process improvements, and develop growth strategies.
- Strong familiarity with Agentic tooling and AI enabled software (i.e. Clay, CREWAi, Relevance, REGAL, etc)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present complex information clearly, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900, and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
