- Manage and prioritize client email communications effectively.
- Coordinate meetings with both internal and external clients, ensuring seamless availability across various time zones.
- Assist with executive-level tasks such as travel arrangements, expense report submissions, and support for fundraising initiatives and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to operate independently within a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of calendar management and travel planning, particularly in startup or venture capital contexts.
- A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred to enhance internal promotion prospects.

Compensation And Benefits
- Current Role (W-2 Position): $22/hour pre-tax for varying levels of engagement (15 hours/month up to 160 hours/month). Client plans are divided 55⁄45, with 55% allocated to the assistant.
- Transition to 1099: As of January 1, 2025, this role will shift to an independent contractor position (1099) with competitive rates and flexible hours; client plans will be split 60⁄40, benefiting the assistant with 60% of the earnings.
