About The Role
The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for providing operational support and analysis to the revenue organization, with a focus on marketing and channel operations. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to optimize processes, improve data quality, and enhance overall revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have experience using HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as a strong understanding of channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, providing visibility into future performance.
- Prepare comprehensive revenue reports, analyzing key metrics and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment between sales and financial data.
CRM And Data Management
- Manage and optimize the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Sales Operations
- Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales enablement tools and resources.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address challenges.
Analytics And Insights
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights.
Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights to marketing teams to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.
Customer Success Operations
- Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Support the development and implementation of customer success programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience in channel management and partner development.
