Regional Director job duties and responsibilities
A Regional Director should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization’s sales operations. Primarily, the Regional Sales Operations Director should ensure that your sales processes and teams are operating optimally. The Regional Manager will oversee 5 Area Managers and 30+ Retail locations.
Some of their daily tasks include:
• Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
• Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
• Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
• Recruiting, hiring and training sales representatives
• Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
• Reviewing various Sales Reports to increase sales process efficiency
• Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, ideally 1-3+ years of experience at the Director level or equivalent
