About the job
The Global Revenue Operations Tools & Technology team is looking for an Gainsight Software Developer to support SAS’ instance of Gainsight. Our team’s mission is to boost revenue growth, increase operational efficacy and improve the Front Line experience through best in class delivery and support for our internal technology stack.
As a Gainsight Software Developer, you will:

Develop, design, test, promote and maintain the lifecycle of Gainsight, including automation, creation of user-facing content, system administration, data integrations, and APIs. Actively solicit the involvement of other developers, and/or solutions/enterprise architects to ensure integrity and consistency across the ecosystem.

Use Software Development Lifecycle phases in order to deliver and maintain solutions of high quality, incorporating current best practices and methodologies. For example, continuous integration and deployment, agile/iterative development methodologies, and the creation of system documentation.

Adhere to standards and methodologies in project delivery, security, data privacy, accessibility, architecture, development, and automation.

Seek continuous improvement through trends, architectures, and implementation techniques as they relate to the design and delivery of applications, integrations, and data processing and analytics.

Participate in business, technical and design discussions with team members, customers, and partners. Build and maintain business and vendors relationships. Meet product delivery expectations of schedule, scope, and quality. Effectively identify, manage, mitigate, and escalate risk to appropriate levels of management.

Required qualifications:

Strong working knowledge and experience with Gainsight configuration and administration.

Gainsight Administration Certification.

Strong knowledge of software development, enterprise applications, automation, data integration, relational database, and/or user-interface design principles

Ability to communicate with people of various technical backgrounds, think analytically, write and edit technical material, and the ability to write and present clearly on technical matters in a business context

Resolves problems independently, escalates appropriately

Ability to conceptualize business needs and translate into technical solutions in several business areas.
Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of Customer Success business processes.

Ability to keep current on state-of-the-art techniques, standards, and procedures for software development.

Ability to mentor junior team members.

Ability to travel may be required.
