The Role
We're looking for a
Revenue Operations Manager on a part-time, consulting basis to join our marketing team and drive data-backed strategies that enhance efficiency, boost revenue, and optimize the entire marketing funnel. The Revenue Operations Manager will be a critical partner to the marketing team, responsible for creating and optimizing systems, processes, and data flows that align with our revenue growth goals. This role will involve managing tools, reviewing performance data, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing, and optimizing campaigns to drive a predictable and efficient revenue stream. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue-focused strategies to streamline marketing operations and improve alignment with sales to increase lead-to-revenue conversions
- Build, document, and continuously improve marketing workflows, processes, and frameworks that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide insights that support decision-making. Generate and share reports with key stakeholders
- Design and manage revenue attribution models, ensuring marketing and sales activities are correctly tied to revenue metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and enabling effective prospect tracking and nurturing
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, KPIs, and processes for a seamless customer journey
- Oversee the marketing tech stack, recommending and implementing new tools and integrations to improve productivity, data tracking, and revenue generation
- Work with finance and executive teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and budget allocations for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a B2C, SaaS, or education company
- Familiarity with advanced revenue attribution models and multi-touch attribution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven strategies. Proficient in using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, with the ability to manage integrations and improve workflows
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and marketing strategies
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Ability to see the big picture and develop revenue-focused strategies that align with Inspira's growth goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly
- Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
