Sales Ops Team Mission: Improve Sales efficiency and autonomy.
Your main responsibilities :
Contribution to Sales Ecosystems improvements: process design and roll-out/support to clusters
• Contributing to the design & implementation of sales processes with common guidelines (ex: how to ask for a refund, how to react to churn risk, how to manage a delivery issue, ……) in collaboration with other departments
• Maintaining the knowledge base of processes & best practices
• Ensuring streamline communication between the CU / cluster and other departments
• Being accountable for the efficiency of the process (ex: delivery, ordering priorities, digital farming)
Sales enablement & CRM
• Ensuring that Sales Ops in Clusters and sales teams are trained on relevant topics including on tools and processes
• Acting as first point of contact for all CRM usage questions and improvement suggestions. Centralizing requests, assessing their relevance and discussing implementation with the CRM team.
Continuous improvement
• Propose and contribute to business specifications for new tools & processes to provide more autonomy and empowerment to the sales teams
Business Analysis, Data Preparation, Dashboard & Reporting
• Contribute to Compensation Plan Framework execution to deliver Sales bonuses
• Collaborate with Data and BI teams to specify and expose relevant Datasets
• Building dashboard & views to support Sales Ops team and enable sales teams to monitor their business
• Provide ad'hoc reports
• Contribute to weekly reporting of the CU
• Analyze sales KPIs to suggest areas for improvements
• Contribute to Budget definition with Financial Controlling Teams
Lead Generation for Acquisition
• Contributing to setting-up sales campaigns and tracking progress and efficiency
• Contributing to the definition of new lead sources options together with other departments
• Implement and work toward automation of new lead sources processes.
• Analyze lead sources performances and suggest areas for improvement

Skills required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Be tech-savvy with cloud knowledge, and with marketing & customer minded
- Be highly creative, proactive, pedagogue
- Have the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- 3+ year experience in Business Analysis / Sales & Marketing Operations / Data Analysis
- Expertise on Excel (Pivot Table, Macro, Power Query, Power Pivot, Graphs)
- Knowledge in Data Management (SQL, BI Tools, ETL)
- Knowledge about CRM & Marketing automation tools
