Overview
Aldecor Custom Framing & Gallery- a premium custom frame studio & art gallery - is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Operations Manager, who will oversee the sales and operations departments and play a key role in the growth of both the framing and art business.
You are perfect for this role if you excel in delivering exceptional client service, possess strong communication skills, have a sharp eye for design, and are eager to fully immerse yourself in the business with passion and commitment. Aldecor Custom Framing & Gallery sets the standard for excellence in custom framing—and so do you. You are always refining your custom framing design skills, driven by your passion for creativity and growth.
Your background blends hands-on experience in custom framing design and art sales, where you were fully immersed in the process. You embody the “no-task-is-too-small” mindset essential in a small business. While you’re not afraid to dive into the day-to-day tasks, your true passion lies in managing sales and operations. You understand that success requires a leader who can organize projects, manage deadlines, and keep everything on track—and that’s exactly where you thrive!
You also have experience and passion for art curation. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to curate the art gallery fully, and strategize new ideas with Sara. Then, you’ll take that vision and implement it across the gallery. In addition to that, you have a natural ability to network, connecting with Interior Designers, Local Galleries, and Valued Clients across Naples and surrounding areas to grow the business.
As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be directly responsible to build on the existing and strong foundation of Aldecor, and take it to new heights. You will be the manager of the Sales Team, with the opportunity to grow the team as the business expands. You will answer the questions: how do we do more of what is working? And how do we do less of what isn’t working?
