Role Overview: As the Global VP of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for leading a small, agile team while driving the implementation of critical processes and tools that enhance our sales effectiveness globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of a global CRM platform, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across all teams.
- Establish and refine process flows that enhance lead generation and drive conversions to closed deals.
- Develop and implement forecasting methodologies that improve accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
- Create and launch sales enablement tools and training programs to empower field leaders and sales professionals.
- Oversee a team of five direct reports, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive global experience in sales operations, particularly with CRM platform implementation.
- Proven track record of establishing processes that significantly increase sales activity and close rates.
- Demonstrated ability to refine forecasting methodologies to improve sales accuracy.
- Experience in creating and delivering effective sales enablement tools and training.
