Your mission as a Team Lead Revenue Operations
We're looking for an experienced and passionate
Team Lead Revenue Operations (m/f/d) to lead and optimize our revenue engine. As the Team Lead, you will lead a team of skilled Revenue Operations Managers and you will oversee data quality, process improvement, automations, and technology adoption to drive efficiency and growth. Your role is pivotal in aligning our cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth operations.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Revenue Operations team
- Drive the strategic evolution of our tech stack (HubSpot, PandaDoc, Jiminny, Zoom) by identifying opportunities for automation and leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Lead and execute strategic projects, such as CRM migrations, data clean-ups, and process re-engineering
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Oversee data quality initiatives, ensuring accurate and reliable data across our systems
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research Consulting teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with Leadership to ensure long-term strategic success of the Revenue Operations function as a strategic multiplier
You will thrive in this role if
- You have a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue operations
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and diverse teams
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have experience of owning CRM tools and driving implementation from start to finish.
- You have a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively
