About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for evaluating sales communications, both calls and correspondence, identifying performance gaps, and improving sales outcomes. By providing regular feedback to our sales team, you will play a critical role in increasing sales by analyzing interactions between sales managers and clients, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Sales Communication: Review CRM and lead communication to identify sales process weaknesses and overall performance and highlight successful practices
- Performance Feedback: Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to discuss performance issues, providing actionable feedback.
- Identify Sales Barriers: Determine factors that prevent deals from closing and propose solutions to overcome these obstacles, develop custom solutions to establish contracts for each client.
- Sales Analytics: Use data to track key metrics, monitor performance trends, and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and production teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on sales performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- U.S. Sales Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the U.S. B2C/B2B sales market, specifically related to high-value transactions, along with construction/or and real estate experience, to guide the sales team.
- Client Interaction Oversight: Ensure every client interaction reflects the utmost level of service and professionalism tailored specifically to each individual.
- B2B Segment Development: Contribute to the growth of the B2B segment by identifying potential partners, building relationships, and negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) and Russian or Ukrainian language.
- Proven experience in analyzing sales data and communications to drive performance improvements would be a significant plus.
- Familiarity with the U.S. B2C sales market, particularly in high-value transactions with Construction, Remodeling or Real Estate industries.
- Advanced skills in data management and analytical tools, with a focus on performance monitoring would be a significant plus.
- Preferred experience with AI transcription and detailing software for call reviews would be a significant plus.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize operational demands.
- A degree in psychology or relevant certifications would be a significant plus.
- Residing outside of the USA, in the LATAM region would be a significant plus but not required.
- High performance PC or laptop capable to work with modern software, equipped with a functional camera, microphone, and reliable high-speed internet access.
