We're seeking a dynamic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our operations team.
This role is pivotal in scaling our internal systems and processes as well as improving efficiencies across the organization. You will blend high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution – working closely with sales, customer success, finance, and product teams.

Your Day-to-Day:
Revenue Operations:
Play a major role in Suite’s order-to-cash process.
Ensure billing is complete and accurate for month-end close.
Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting in collaboration with the COO.
Systems & Operations:
Improve current systems, with an initial focus on our CRM.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
Manage account and opportunity ownership, as well as territory management.
Document and maintain processes across sales, customer success, and finance.
Identify areas for improvement, pitch your ideas, and implement them.
Collaboration & Support:
Work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement.
Support sales teams with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Onboard new hires by provisioning systems access and training them on best practices.
Engage in various tasks as we grow and evolve—be prepared to wear many hats!
Experience: 3-7 years in finance, sales/revenue operations, or analytics.
Process-Oriented: Directly owned or deeply involved in process and system improvements.
Analytical: An affinity towards numbers; you also enjoy donning an “accounting” hat to trace the trail of numbers.
Communicative: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Hands-On: Willing to dive deep into processes and execute projects end-to-end.
Adaptable: Flexible and able to adjust to new challenges as the company grows.
Proactive Learner: Enthusiastic about learning and trying new things.
Team Player: Enjoy working both collaboratively and independently.
