Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Manager, your work underpins our commercial success by building out scalable, intuitive and integrated processes that run across our application suite. Although a core focus will be working within sales and owning Salesforce, ensuring the sales teams get the most value from the system. We are also looking for someone who can take a holistic approach to Revenue Ops, understanding the wider needs of the business and connecting the dots when it comes to data, system and processes.
Some of the priorities for the next 6-12 months are:
-
Creating a simple, scalable system of record
- Creating more self-serve functionality for our sales teams
- Improving data accessibility and accuracy
- Work on projects that enable further growth
This is a unique opportunity to iterate and improve on established processes while helping our Revenue teams to scale and better serve our customers.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Operations: Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance the customer experience.
- Data Quality and Analytics: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems and processes. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Salesforce Administration: manage and maintain the platform, configure and customise to meet the businesses needs, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Data Management: oversee data quality and accuracy within Salesforce, develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
- Process Optimisation: streamline processes, automate tasks and improve efficiencies
- Revenue Enablement: work across revenue teams and enablement to ensure they have the data needed
What are we looking for?
- Prior experience working in a global/high growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations: evidence of successfully working across commercial teams as opposed to just Sales.
- Ownership of Salesforce: accountability for the system, making decisions on how to improve it, what to prioritise, being the point of escalation for anything Salesforce related.
- Advanced user of Salesforce CRM:
- Salesforce Administrator certified
- Salesforce Flows expert
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, customisation, automation and support
- Continuous improvement mindset: someone who is always looking to learn and grow, always looking for ways to improve, open to new ideas. Evidence of improving processes and ways of working in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively at all levels, across the business.
- Autonomous: able to prioritise workload, self organise, operate independently.
We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow. We also offer a variety of other roles, so please check out our careers page to see if there is something else that might be a good fit for you.
