JOB FUNCTION: The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the daily operations of all OTF studios in the designated region by improving productivity and efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and coordinate activities of daily operations as it pertains to the business
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals and procedures for cohesive operations
Determine staffing requirements for each location including interviewing/recruiting Studio Managers and Sales Associates.
Monitor each location to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide service in line with the companys branding while staying within budgetary limits.
Produce Quarterly audits.
Create and coordinate with the marketing department any events or promotions.
Determine maintenance needs and coordinate the scheduled repair.
Implement and execute training for sales and operations
Interact regularly with Studio Managers and their teams
Travel within region 50% of the time.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and utilize discretionary judgement in decision-making
Planning and coordinating logistics in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Compliance with the OTF Brand
Experience and knowledge of the fitness industry
Advanced administrative skills and experience with Microsoft Office products and MBO
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience as in the fitness industry.
Bachelors Degree in Business or a fitness related field a plus or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in a Management position.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in managing a fitness facility.
