Your role:
In this Pan European role as Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our organisation’s sales operations. Working closely with business stakeholders across functions and all levels in the organization, you will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement of our sales operations. You will lead and sponsor key initiatives that will help enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.
The Sales Operations Manager will help set the standards for customer service & commercial activities across our internal and external sales functions in line with the JELD-WEN values and strategy.
The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, remote (with travel to sites) and can be based from any European Country that we have an entity. Hybrid working can be accommodated dependent on candidates’ location. Offering a competitive salary, 7.5% pension, 25 days holiday with options to buy and sell.
What your impact will be:
Close collaboration with the Customer Experience Delivery team in IT who cover the delivery of all major digitisation and customer experience transformation projects (including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, PIM, etc).
Cross functional collaboration with key functions where needed and depending on any given project or initiative, including Marketing, Product, Operations, Quality, etc.
Analyse and optimise end-to-end sales processes and customer journeys to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs, identifying both gaps and opportunities for improvement and for standardisation and alignment across countries.
Oversee the implementation, management and success or key technologies for the sale organisation, including Salesforce CRM, telephony & contact centre technology, CPQ, and other tools.
