The Job
The Brand Experience Executive, also referred to as the Chief Revenue Officer, will essentially function as the head of sales for this division of the company. With a focus on the entire sales process from product innovation to the dynamics of the marketplace, the Brand Experience executive keeps the sales team focused on branding, growing market share, and providing a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coach the sales team on best practices in customer service and sales strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners.
- Oversee marketing initiatives (including digital) to optimize brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Actively contribute to product development and inventory management.
- Champion innovative customer care initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- At least 5 years of successful senior-level sales management, sales consulting, marketing, or similar work.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and flexibility in scheduling.
- Must be focused on leading and delegating to the team and, importantly, subscribing to the company's emphasis on employee engagement, development and career advancement.
