We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our business operations in the LATAM Region. This role is based in Miami and involves coordination with our headquarter in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce and administrations. He/she will be responsible for managing sales-related tasks, maintaining client relationships, and providing administrative support to enhance the operational effectiveness of our business operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Management:
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and analyze sales data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce system.
- Manage and track the ordering process on Salesforce.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sample management.
- Process sales orders accurately and liaise with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Support MD for building Sales reporting.
Client Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries for ordering process.
- Update and manage customer accounts and records in Salesforce.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the Singapore headquarters to align on sales strategies, policies, and updates.
- Facilitate effective communication between the LATAM sales team and HQ in Singapore.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports from Salesforce.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting sales performance for the LATAM, utilizing Salesforce data.
Administrative Management:
- Organize and execute meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, materials preparation, and coordination.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
- Organize logistics, presentation materials, and follow-ups for staff meetings and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested.
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, including requesting equipment, setup, and system access.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as sales administrator, with significant experience using Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience assisting team and their leadership with administrative functions.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
