Pay:
$60,000 - $80,000, Bonus Pay
Operating Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm; Sunday Closed
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Store Manager (SM) is responsible for managing office operations of his/her respective store/location using independent judgment in making decisions. The SM will initiate, coordinate and enforce all policies regarding operations and personnel. The SM ensures that exemplary customer service is provided at the store. The SM also develops and maintains positive customer relations and works collaboratively with all Purchase Green-East Bay employees to successfully meet customer needs in a timely manner and corporate financial objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide estimates, process invoices and accept payment from customers and contractors.
- Using NetSuite to ensure leads are followed per protocols.
- Schedule shipments, obtain quotes, and other documents for UPS or other carriers.
- Collect proper documentation and obtain approval for resale tax adjustments and/or contractor pricing discounts.
- Maintain knowledge of price schedules and technical knowledge of products and recognize customer trends to meet customer service goals.
- Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule.
- Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Train new employees.
- Account for and maintain company property and equipment.
- Execute marketing strategies to meet profitability and customer service goals.
- Maintaining inventory to ensure availability for the customer.
- Maintains warehouse equipment, keeps maintenance records, and coordinates repairs.
- Approves discounts and/or adjustments to any sale.
- Manage warranty claims.
- Provides estimates, process invoices and accepts payment from customers and contractors.
- Calculate amounts such as square footage, linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, discounts and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to meet profitability, revenue, and customer service goals.
- Create a positive and encouraging work environment
- Review various sales and lead management reports, and analyze sales information and identifies current/future customer trends.
- Manage performance of all subordinate staff
- Effective oral and written communication with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Has the ability to perform all tasks of subordinate associates on an as needed basis.
- Maintains a safe and clean office and warehouse environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a team of high performing individuals through training & development
- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor work of subordinate staff.
- Ensures proper training and coaching for assigned employees.
- Appraises performance, rewards and disciplines employees as needed.
- Conducts interviews and gives recommendations for employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time per day.
- Ability to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladder and lift frequently for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, pull or push 50 pounds alone.
- Ability to perform all physical tasks of subordinate associates on an as needed basis.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to frequently loud.
- May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.
- Will climb ladders and work off elevated surfaces on an occasional basis.
- May occasionally work in extreme weather indoors or outdoors.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations and account management
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite for sales analytics
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with B2B and technology sales strategies
- Ability to analyze pricing models and market trends
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for customer service enhancement
