We are looking for a Co Founder - Chief Revenue Officer with a strong background in business development, marketing, operations, and sales. This is a strategic role requiring a visionary leader who can help shape our company’s future, secure meaningful investments, and aggressively drive growth from the ground up.
Role Description:
As a Co Founder, you will join our executive team to define and execute on our go-to-market strategy, operational frameworks, and growth initiatives. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience—15+ years in B2B selling, operations, and leadership roles—to establish our position in the market, forge key partnerships, and close high-value deals. You will be working closely with the founding team to attract investment, navigate board-level discussions, and cultivate relationships with large enterprises, mid-market organizations, startups, and digital marketing agencies.
This role is equity-only for the first 12 months, reflecting a true partnership stake in our venture. We seek a co-founder mindset: someone who can think strategically, operate tactically, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to drive success. You will have the unique opportunity to build and lead high-performing marketing, sales, and operations teams, all while setting the foundation of our business partnerships and accelerating revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to secure meaningful investments and position the company for rapid growth.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies that encompass marketing, sales, partnerships, and operational frameworks.
- Identify and engage with potential clients across startups, mid-market, and enterprise segments, as well as digital marketing agencies, to close high-value ($1M+) deals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with investors, board members, and key stakeholders, representing the company in board meetings and executive presentations.
- Drive aggressive revenue outcomes by building and leading top-tier marketing, sales, and operations teams, ensuring alignment on targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leverage experience in digital marketing and advertising (including managed services) to understand procurement processes for marketing/advertising software and tailor offerings accordingly.
- Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with third-party companies, channel partners, and agencies to expand market reach and create value-added alliances.
- Implement operational best practices that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience spanning B2B sales, marketing, operations, and business development in both big tech (e.g., Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google) and high-growth startup environments.
- Proven track record of striking million-dollar-plus deals, leading complex negotiations, and managing C-suite/board-level discussions.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing, sales, and operations teams with a focus on aggressive revenue growth.
- Strong background in digital marketing/advertising domains, with a solid understanding of how organizations procure marketing/advertising software and services.
- Experience with managed services delivery models in the marketing/advertising sector, selling to various customer segments (startups, mid-market, enterprise, agencies).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, etc.) is a plus.
