Position Summary:
The Vice President, Revenue Operations is a leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence across revenue growth, customer billing, sales operations, and customer implementations. This leader will partner closely with the SVP, Customer Success and VP, Sales and Sales Enablement to design and implement processes to support effective growth strategies, with a focus on operationalizing revenue growth across the customer portfolio. The VP, Revenue Operations will lead revenue planning, develop and manage comprehensive RFP/RFI and other sales operations processes, and enhance account management implementations.
This is a full-time, exempt, remote position and reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Base Salary Range:$225,000 - $275,000 annually.
Specific Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with the SVP of Customer Success to operationalize revenue growth processes for performance monitoring, proactive intervention, and risk escalation.

Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting dashboards, with support of data and technology teams as needed, to track and measure growth performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Sales Operations Oversight:

Oversee the Sales Operations team, including the technical resources responsible for CRM management, Salesforce.com, and other related sales enablement tools.

Ensure CRM data integrity and support the continuous improvement of CRM processes and systems to enhance sales performance.

Oversee the team that manages the implementation and optimization of sales enablement tools, working closely with the sales and growth teams to maximize productivity and scalability.

Oversee the development and monitor metrics dashboard to assess the effectiveness of sales operations and drive initiatives to improve team efficiency.
RFP/RFI Management:

Oversee the RFP and RFI resources and manage the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all prospective and existing client requests.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive RFP/RFI repository, standardizing content and ensuring consistency across all submissions.

Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify potential improvements in RFP/RFI processes that enhance competitive positioning.
Account Implementations:

Improve accuracy and tracking for forecasting/budgeting implementations for transition to billing.

Modify contracts to incent customers to implement on time.

Develop process improvements for implementations to establish quicker delivery times and set goals to these new benchmarks.
Operational Excellence and Scalability:

Lead the development and continuous improvement of growth operations processes, establishing best practices and scalable frameworks.

Implement technology solutions and process automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual workloads, and enhance data accuracy.

Regularly evaluate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and tools essential to growth operations, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.
Team Leadership and Development:

Build and lead a high-performing growth operations team, focusing on professional development, engagement, and succession planning.

Mentor and support team members in their roles, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment with broader organizational initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

The VP, Revenue Operations will supervise a team of thirteen including four direct reports.
Experience:
-
10+ years of proven experience in operations, billing processes, and revenue management in a leadership role

Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a deep understanding of financial planning and monitoring

Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining processes and enhancing operational efficiency through technology, such as an RFI/RFP process

In-depth experience with CRM management, particularly with Salesforce.com, and other sales enablement tools

Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in team building and cross-functional collaboration.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, healthcare, administration or technology preferred)
