Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team at our Honda dealership in Abilene, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales, leadership, and customer service. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the sales department, manage a team of sales professionals, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Manage the sales process, from initial customer inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure availability of popular models.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and review sales reports, performance data, and budgets to ensure targets are met.
- Work closely with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, vehicle inventory, and financing options.
