This Role:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of enabling efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment across our revenue-generating teams. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing and enhancing our technology & revenue operations infrastructure to empower the sales, partnerships, and merchant success teams with streamlined workflows, accurate data, and actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with experience in Salesforce administration, GTM technology, and operational experiences. You bring a blend of technical skills, analytical acumen, and a problem-solving mindset, paired with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships. This role provides an exciting opportunity to help shape our revenue operations, drive operational excellence and contribute to the success and growth of our business.
What You'll Do:
- Salesforce Administration
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permission management.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and process automations using tools like Flow.
- Complete data integrity initiatives, including deduplication, data cleaning, and migration.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support GTM decision-making.
- GTM Tech Stack Management
- Optimize GTM tools integrated with Salesforce, such as HubSpot, LeanData, Sweep, Apollo, and others.
- Troubleshoot issues with integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and tool performance.
- Support system enhancements and work on advanced customization.
- Process Optimization
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Implement scalable solutions that align with business goals and GTM strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and user guides.
- Data and Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in Salesforce and connected tools.
- Provide insights through regular reporting and custom dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs inside of Salesforce.
- Training and Support
- Assist in conducting user training sessions to drive Salesforce, GTM tech adoption, and process updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support requests.
- Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and best practices.
- Assist in ticket requests and ongoing ticket management for day to day requests and prioritization.
What You'll Need:
- Experience and Expertise
- 1-3 years of experience in the Revenue Operations space, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have practical, hands-on experience in the revenue operations space.
- Proven ability to enhance business processes in Salesforce through custom solutions such as flows, validation rules, and external integrations.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Data Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Salesforce administration, including:
- User setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Data management and system maintenance within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools, such as reports, dashboards, custom objects, flows, and roll-ups, as well as expertise in creating automation using declarative tools like Flow.
- Familiarity with GTM tools integrated with Salesforce, such as:
- LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, Crossbeam, Intercom, Momentum, Sweep, Jira, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize integrations with these tools effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce and operational issues.
- Proactive and adaptable to new challenges, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

If you pass this phone interview, you will proceed to the next set of interviews, which will include:
