We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing our sales processes and driving operational efficiency within the sales department. Duties
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance account management practices and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize database system for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Develop training programs for the sales team focusing on best practices in outside sales techniques.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in power generation sales or related fields, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships.
