Job Description:
- Direct Report on Management and Development
- Supervise and mentor the Sales Enablement employee, ensuring they effectively manage customer service processes and sales operations tasks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve skills and knowledge.
- Software Implementations
- Lead and manage the implementation of new sales and customer service software solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes and tools, like HubSpot/Netsuite, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Special Projects
- Take ownership of special projects aimed at improving sales operations, B2B sales revenue, and B2B customer service.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with department heads to align sales operations with overall business strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the sales department and other teams, such as Production, Design, Marketing, Digital, and Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Customer Service.
- Efficiency and Productivity Enhancement
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity within the sales team.
- Analyze current operations and implement process improvements to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales operations, customer service performance, and project outcomes to senior management.
- Use data to make informed decisions and to identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and tactics.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
