About the Role
The Sales Operations Business Systems Analyst is instrumental in advancing PureFacts’ company goals and sales targets over the next 3-5 years, offering significant growth and impact opportunities. Key responsibilities span several essential areas, including Strategy & Cross Functional Collaboration, Process Improvement & Optimization, Data, Platform, & Reporting Management, and System Administration & Support. This role provides the chance to be on the forefront of building and optimizing a dynamic, results-driven sales organization. Responsibilities
Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the VP of Sales Operations to translate sales process and strategy into effective, system-compliant solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, client success, business development, product, finance, and IT teams.
- Represent Sales Operations in system initiatives, including defining business requirements, implementing changes, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Take ownership of the sales technology stack, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and other systems.
- Provide training and support to the revenue teams on system usage and new functionalities to ensure successful adoption.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Develop and manage the business vision for Sales Operations systems, prioritizing enhancements to drive automation, accelerate the sales cycle, and improve processes.
- Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools to support revenue teams and enhance overall performance.
Data, Platform, & Reporting Management
- Drive data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and tools (CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, etc.).
- Develop and maintain systems to track key metrics and KPIs for revenue teams
- Build, analyze, and report sales data for the management team.
System Administration & Support
- Administer and maintain sales software, databases, and systems (e.g., CRM, sales intelligence tools) to support the sales team’s needs.
- Implement system updates and improvements, coordinating with sales, cross functional stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to the revenue teams.
- Maintain detailed user manuals and system documentation for reference and training purposes.
- Manage relationships with software vendors to support Sales Operations goals and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Ensure system compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Requirements/Qualifications
Interpersonal Qualifications
- Energetic problem solver with the ability to assess high-level goals and outline actionable steps.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities for conducting training and supporting team members.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, adapting environment.
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and systems, with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, CPQ, Jira, and data enrichment tools.Prior experience in the SaaS software industry, with familiarity in business intelligence, analytics, and data integration.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the technology sector, specifically in systems integration, is advantageous.
- Experience with Jira integrations and data enrichment systems within a CRM is preferred.
- Basic understanding of contract language and audit processes is beneficial.
NOTE: Open to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area or the Greater New York Area.
