The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Eficode UK is a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall management and guidance of all revenue-generating functions within the organization. The primary objective is to develop and implement refined sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue goals and foster sustained organizational growth. The CRO is accountable for optimising the performance of the revenue functions, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and short-term objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Accountability for the Revenue functions of the organisation
Accountability for the performance of the Revenue functions against Key Performance Indicators, such as: pipeline growth (net new and existing), closed business (net new and existing), account expansion, LTV, retention and churn.
Developing, implementing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Continue to build and foster a high performing and highly aligned sales team; hiring ‘A players’ and providing continuous training, coaching, and mentoring.
Perform and document, inline with company best practices, 1:2:1s for direct reports and ensure all members in sales have monthly 1:2:1’s from their line manager.
Regularly review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing sales strategies, techniques, and tactics.
Oversee local marketing, demand generation, and demand capture strategies, techniques and tactics.
Membership of the Anglosphere (UK & USA) Regional Leadership Team
Play a role in the strategic ‘Level 10’ weekly meetings of the Regional Leadership Team, providing insightful advice and input to aid in key decision making.
Partner with management to address day-to-day Revenue operational issues.
Function as a key executive in company-wide initiatives, providing revenue-centric viewpoints in product development, marketing, and other areas.
Report on performance of the Revenue functions; provide key insights into performance, both positive and negative, with proposed mitigation strategies for adverse variances.
Be able to effectively convey knowledge of our business positioning including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture.
Close collaboration with Revenue Operations
Foster a data-driven culture within the Revenue Functions.
Develop and manage annual budgets for the Revenue Function.
Ensure accuracy of reporting on key functional KPIs.
Ensure CRM and other key Revenue systems and processes are adhered to across the organisation.
Ensure that the sales and revenue departments are leveraging the best technologies, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools, for optimal performance.
Close collaboration with Customer Success
Collaborate closely with the Head of Customer and Customer Success Team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, product adoption, and account expansion.
Foster effective collaboration between Account Management and Customer Success functions, maximising upsell opportunities and LTV.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Take the lead or play a significant role in negotiating large-scale enterprise contracts and deals.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and other venues to build brand and solution awareness.
Be responsible for upholding health & safety of yourself and colleagues

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, as well as strategic business development, cross-functional leadership and commercial management strategies, preferably in the technology, reseller or professional services sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience of driving change in an organisation, especially with experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
The ability to influence at all levels within an organisation.
Highly developed leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and coach at executive level and beyond. This includes developing an ethos of continuous improvement, both in yourself and through the organisation.
Proven ability in stakeholder management.
Experience in working within a cross-functional environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
Experience in developing sales strategies and processes that improve sales productivity and drive business growth.

Desired skills and Qualifications:

Experience of the Atlassian suite of tools (e.g. Jira, JSM, Confluence)
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
Familiarity with software development or ITSM methodologies.
Experience of working with global teams or in an international group of companies

Remuneration

Industry-standard benchmarked salary (no commission) paid gross per annum
