We are an I-502 company looking for an Operator with management & Sales experience!

The Operations manager will ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, while also communicating orders with customers and planning out the delivery routes.

Responsibilities of the job include:

Planning and organizing production schedules

Assessing project and resource requirements

Collecting orders from clients.

Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.

Determining quality control standards

Overseeing production processes

Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Liaison finance on delivery requirements

Organizing relevant training sessions

Manufacturing experience

2 Years’ management experience is required.

Managers must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
