Role Responsibilities

Develop email and messaging copy
Assist in developing sales playbook’s and content strategy for the Clients of Set 2 Close
Lead training on Hubspot (sequencing, marketing emails, forms, etc.)
Buyer persona construction
Conduct market research
Client Onboarding & Intakes
LinkedIn Program Development
Assist in creating educational materials for Sales Representatives

CRM Experience:

**2 years of hubspot experience**

Proficiency in other CRM software is a bonus (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel).

Possible experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM systems.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Project Management:

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.

Familiarity with technology tools relevant to sales and marketing.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

Workflow Automation:

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Workflow Automation for lead nurturing, task assignment, and other automated processes.

Marketing Automation:

User Training and Support:

Willingness to stay updated on the latest features and updates in CRM technology.

Capability to provide training and support to team members on using CRM systems.
