What You Will Do:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the operations team, overseeing day-to-day operations and setting clear goals and KPIs.
Sales Strategy Integration: Leverage your sales background to align operational strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a harmonious approach towards achieving revenue targets.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, while proactively managing operational risks.
Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and contribute to financial planning.
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
In-office position; NOT REMOTE

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5-6 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Marketing CRM and automation platform experience; experience creating marketing campaigns and integrating into sales cadences.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership, with a strong background in sales within the finance industry.
Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
