Multi-Sector Business Services Group - Fully Remote - Exceptional Earning Potential

A dynamic and rapidly expanding £400M+ recruitment group seeks a strategic and hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive exponential revenue growth across its diverse portfolio of 18 companies, spanning Care, IT, Office, and Industrial sectors. Reporting directly to the board, you will be the architect of the Go-To-Market strategy, transforming the disparate business units into a unified and collaborative unit.

What is Needed to Apply to the Role of Chief Revenue Officer

Proven track record of scaling multimillion-pound business services organisations. Please note that your background must be in business services rather than product sales, software or IT.
Minimum 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role (CRO, Senior Sales Director, Commercial Director).
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful revenue growth strategies.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and process-oriented approach.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage demanding stakeholders.
Proven experience in introducing new methods and differentiators to increase revenue significantly.
Ability to unify disparate group companies to work towards group-wide goals.

In Return, You Will Receive

£125,000 Basic Salary.
£180,000 OTE Year One, £200,000+ OTE Year Two (uncapped potential).

Your Role as CRO:

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximise growth across all four business silos.
Work closely with four Chief Operating Officers to implement sales processes, efficiency measures, and profitability improvements.
Drive tangible revenue targets and lead the implementation of your strategic vision.
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, optimise sales and marketing functions, and leverage data-driven insights.
Foster a high-performance sales culture and drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
