Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Business Operations Associate to support our Director of Business Operations and executive leadership team for our Builder Solutions Group. This is a high-exposure, early-career role ideal for someone eager to contribute to meaningful strategic work while gaining cross-functional experience. The Business Operations Associate will help drive internal alignment, streamline communication, and support the execution of company-wide initiatives—including supporting new client implementations and operational rollouts.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + biannual bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. The base salary offered starts at $55,000+.

What We’re Looking For

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in operations, consulting, or project management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Passion for culture, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Availability to work remotely Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

What You’ll Do

Act as a strategic partner to the Director of Business Operations, helping manage priorities and execute internal projects.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of new client implementations and internal process rollouts.
Own meeting logistics for key internal touchpoints (agendas, follow-ups, and documentation).
Conduct research, draft presentations, and synthesize information for executive decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Help optimize internal processes for efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
Support internal communications and help uphold a strong, consistent team culture.
