Sales Operations Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and collaborative professional to support a high-performing Account Director in the Los Angeles market. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing direct sales and operational support across areas such as customer & consultant management, business development, requisition management and administrative support. The ideal candidate is excited to be in a customer-facing role, being a support system to a prominent Sales Professional with a strong relationship/customer base and complex portfolio.

Responsibilities

Sales/Recruiting Delivery Support

· Partner with Account Director to set clear actionable daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals to help drive portfolio and book of business.

· Join Account Director on customer meetings to be aligned on all requisition delivery action items and to build relationships with customers.

· Assist in setting meetings with customers when applicable.

· Communicate directly with customer on open business, recruiting updates and onboarding status updates.

· Create and process job requisitions in Insight Global internal systems to populate for Recruiting Team.

Account Operational Support

· Keep requisition list actively updated in Insight Global’s systems.

· Submit weekly approval of timesheets and verification of consultants’ hours

· Consistent communication with Payroll, Verifications, Revenue, HR Teams to ensure all Consultants are set up for success

· Address customer requests and escalations in partnership with Account Director

Consultant Management Support

· Serve as main point of contact for consultant-related requests, issues and escalations.

· Conduct Consultant Engagement meetings with consultants and oversee Consultant Engagement framework.

· Provide coaching on consultant performance or behavioral issues as needed.

· Triage and resolve any issues relating to consultant employment/engagement.

· Execute Consultant onboarding and ensure positive experience for consultant.
