Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 4 Months

Rate: $40-50/Hour on W2

Job Description:

Support the NAM Sales Operations team with the completion of common data-centric needs across each segment, including:
Master data management
Account Change Requests
Hierarchy updates (ensuring a sub-account is aligned to its apex account)
De-duplication of accounts
Firmographics (updating account information when our purchased data is incorrect)
Troubleshooting account data issues (E.g., sales team needs to quote a renewal, but needs to first ensure data on the account is accurate).
Manual back-office processing (submitting requests via Google Form for every oppty)
Compensation credit splits
Aircover bonus requests
Uncovered territory credit
Anaplan support
FY25 planning support

Skills:

MS Suite, Google Suite, Tableau (preferred), Anaplan (preferred)

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
