We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep expertise in eCommerce, Amazon, and NetSuite to join our leadership team. As a strategic partner to the President/Owner, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s next phase of growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments—comfortably moving seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has successfully managed the financial operations of fast-growing, dynamic eCommerce businesses and understands the nuances of scaling profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the President, helping to define and execute growth strategies.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring performance is measured across all departments.
Create detailed profitability reports (by account, country, and distribution channel) to drive informed decision-making.
Strengthen financial operations, including formalizing A/R and A/P processes and building a reliable cash flow model.
Conduct SKU-level analysis of promotions, advertising, and pricing; partner with the sales and marketing team to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
Oversee operational cost management, including warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and cost centers.
Lead and mentor the accounting team while remaining hands-on with key accounting and finance functions as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field required.
CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
10+ years of proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in eCommerce (Amazon experience required).
Expertise in NetSuite and advanced financial modeling is required.
Strong understanding of direct import, domestic logistics, and drop-ship models.
Track record of driving profitable growth in small-to-mid-size businesses.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
