The Role: As a Revenue Operations Coordinator at SVP, you will manage the full sales order-to-cash process, working closely with sales, finance, and customer success teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. You'll own the sales process from order placement to invoicing, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, from order placement to payment collection. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales orders, invoicing, and payments.

Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), generating reports and managing data accuracy.
Support revenue reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in sales and finance data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve sales workflows and processes.

What You'll Bring:

Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and familiarity with sales or revenue operations.
Experience working within a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator role in a software or technical industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
