Your Role And Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will spearhead regional and local marketing and sales activities for our cutting-edge products, systems, and services within defined industry segments. In this role, you will lead with impact by taking charge of our marketing and sales strategies, ensuring substantial growth in sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will showcase your expertise by defining and enhancing our industry group footprint, setting high standards for market presence, execution, and delivery models. The work model for the role is: You will be mainly accountable for: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets, aligning with overall business strategy. Oversee all sales functions and ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery, while fostering key account relationships. Champion CRM (Salesforce) usage across the organization to track sales metrics and support strategic deals. Lead sales organization change initiatives and define sales training programs to support staff potential and company objectives. Oversee marketing functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while driving campaigns that support business goals.

Qualifications For The Role

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a sales leadership role
Successful experience selling technical services to multiple industries
Experience with add-on acquisitions, preferred
Demonstrated abilities in all aspects of sales and marketing leadership including managing a diverse group of sales managers and account executives
Travel of up to 50% required
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
