AllCares is looking for the Sales & Operations Associate to join the team. As a Sales & Operations Associate, you will coordinate client outreach and integrations roadmap, help scale operations and help build out a publisher pipeline for the cutting-edge AdTech platform designed to revolutionize the way online publishers run their businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage venture that is poised to scale rapidly in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities

Manage our client outreach pipeline and contact new prospects.
Build new client relationships and help craft pitches to new publishers.
Help maintain our internal knowledge databases and CRM systems.
Work on data and analytics operations surrounding our client integration processes.
Help refine our proposition over time.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or other relevant domain.
Minimum 1 year of sales and/or operations experience in technology businesses.
Fluent English language proficiency.
A keen understanding of tech startups and the online publishing industry.
In-depth experience using spreadsheets (GoogleSheets & Excel) for complex analysis tasks.
Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools in optimising workflows.

Ideal Qualifications

2+ years of sales and/or operations experience in technology businesses.
A proven track record in tech sales.
Experience managing CRM systems and outreach processes.
