As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing sales operations to drive business growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing various sales processes and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.

Duties

- Manage and streamline technology sales processes to enhance overall efficiency

- Oversee account management activities to nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth

- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for sales optimization

- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team

- Support technical sales initiatives by aligning operational strategies with sales objectives

- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Medical Sales Operations, preferably within a technology-driven environment

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to effectively manage a sales operations team

- Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales-related software applications

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
