Experience - 20+years' experience form shipping, infra, energy, and last manufacturing industry preference and only from listed company

Commercial Management
Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are prepared and presented to the executive team and board of directors.
Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
