Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and automate sales tasks and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations management, preferably with a reputed FMCG company. Retired RSM/ZSM from reputed FMCG companies are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Lead a team to automate sales tasks and reporting

· Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support

· Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency

· Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management.

· Report directly to the Director

Requirements:

· Proven sales background with a reputed FMCG company Experience in sales operations management

· Knowledge of North East geography

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidates

· Retired RSM/ZSM from reputed FMCG companies

· Candidates with experience in sales operations management in the FMCG industry
