Our client, a leading national insurance broker is seeking a highly technical Sales Operations Specialist to support the regional head of growth in enhancing the efficiency and integrity of sales and financial data related to growth initiatives. This is a strategic role within the organisation and requires exceptional excel, organizational and communication skills alongside an attention to detail mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM/System Support & Training - Conduct training for new hires and onboarding for systems. Provide refresher training on CRM sales processes and assist with the effective use and deployment of sales enablement tools
Work closely with the regional head of Growth to analyse trends, identify training needs and target key growth initiatives
Analyze CRM usage data and work with underperforming producers to ensure they have the resources needed, facilitating their continued use of the system
Manage and oversee Producer scorecards, highlight reels, and leaderboards
Growth Reporting Management
Internal Opportunity Management & Auditing
Collaboration with Marketing to Support events, promote regional and national initiatives, and collaborate on marketing materials to ensure accuracy
General system administration

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills with a keen attention to detail
Problem-solving capabilities and a solid work ethic are essential

Education and Experience:

Experience in a broker agency or marketing role within the insurance sector is advantageous
Background in data management, including experience with large volumes of customer data and CRM systems (Microsoft D365, Salesforce, Applied Epic preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
