Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for supporting our Sales department by ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders, accurate administration, and effective communication across various functions.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and manage order administration, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange shipments, liaising with customers and transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling queries regarding quotations, orders, inventory, and lead times via email and phone, and resolving any concerns promptly.
Investigate and resolve order and inventory issues, identifying alternative solutions where necessary, and communicating any changes or delays to both managers and customers.
Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain up-to-date records within the company’s internal systems and ensure all relevant data is accurately logged.
Assist with promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching relevant details and resolving pricing queries.
Manage the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process and liaise with customers throughout the returns procedure.
Support various ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sales department.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
High level of attention to detail, ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive approach.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (including CRM software).
Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential, as this role involves daily communication with international colleagues.
Have the right to work in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
